Catching Up
Dear Baby,
Wow, quite some time since a post. Life has had many changes. Mommy has changed jobs, we moved into a house back in the city, daddy is waiting to have his Gastric Sleeve surgery... All for the better.
Currently we are on Day 72 of this cycle. I've had some crazy feelings lately and am trying not to think too much of it all since we have had 3 negative home pregnancy tests.
Dr appt. is scheduled for the 25th bit trying to see if we can get in for a blood test before then. Not putting all of our "eggs" in one basket but hopes are high.

Pain, Potassium and Final Phentermine Weigh-In
Dear Baby,
A week and a half ago Daddy took me to ER for abdominal pain. 6 hours later I was sent home with pain meds and an undetermined diagnosis for reason of pain but my potassium level was really low (3.1 when avg is 3.5).
Went on to take the given supplements for potassium and felt better. As soon as they were gone the pain returned. Quickly got an OTC supplement to see if it would help and since it's roughly 1/3 the dose, it's has subdued thing and finally was able to get up doctor today.
Well since I finished Phentermine this last weekend, this would be the final weigh in. I was so happy to see the number on the scale as it showed a 24 lb loss in the three months I was on Phentermine which has brought me to a total of 45 lbs lost!
I am so excited to be going in the right direction and am determined to keep going to be a happier and healthier person and future mama!
